In the video I used Internet niche marketing software - Keyword Magnet, Google Search and Yahoo Site Explorer.
The simple steps can be broken down as follows:
- Research higher paying keywords if you intend to make money using Adsense (lower paying keywords can be supplemented using affiliate programs)
- Check the number of searches (30 searches per day or higher is ideal) in Keyword Magnet Software
- Use Google Search to access the competition on Page 1 of the organic searches
- Check all of your competitors back links with Yahoo Site Explorer
Note: You can automate all of the back-link checking and . Then install the free Firefox add-on SEO Quake... a great time saver.
You should calculate the relative number of back links pointing to your competitors pages. Then decide whether or not to begin your campaign.
A good general rule is that the number of back links for each URL should be less than 50 and the number of home pages listed is less than 50%.
It is possible to make very good returns with lower levels of visitor searches because you will also be getting traffic from other 'long-tail' keywords.

The statistics below are from just one website in the car insurance niche. The website makes money automatically and hasn't been touched for over a year.

So what does it all mean?
Image one shows a daily visit count of 43. Yet Earnings were almost $20 for no effort at all - all automatic revenue.

A total of six hours was spent building the car insurance website, and it's quite basic in its design. It has generated an average payout of $306 every month for the past 12 months... A grand total of $3672... Divided by six = $612 for each hour of work. And it is possible to repeat this process over and over again.
